The Art of Cooking Local is a Select Nova Scotia initiative to promote awareness and consumption of seasonal local food products. Utilizing items kept in the home such as calendars and recipe cards, featuring art quality illustrations, we aimed to keep the seasonality message top of mind throughout the year while spreading the word through print ads, POS materials, email newsletter and contest.
